1、 Waterborne alkyd resin is a unique coating material, which is chemically synthesized from polyols, polybasic acids and fatty acids. Waterborne alkyd resin can be used in the production of various paints and is the main film forming base material in the paint industry. The water-based alkyd resin coating made of it uses water as the solvent, which can greatly reduce the use of organic solvents and reduce VOC emissions in the process of paint making, painting and painting. It is made of polybasic acid polyol and vegetable oil (or acid) or other fatty acids through esterification and condensation. In order to make the alkyd resin soluble in water, its acid value and molecular weight must be strictly controlled. Generally, the resin with an acid value of more than 60 and a small molecular weight has good water solubility. Therefore, most of the water-soluble alkyd resins are high acid value and low viscosity. This product uses water as the solvent, so it is easy to get water and purify. This product is generally a polymer formed by polycondensation of polyols and polybasic acids. Its main chain contains many ester chain phase fire hazards and five toxic gases, which can be processed on a wet substrate. The waterborne alkyd resin coating with the characteristics of environmental protection and green represents the new development direction of the coating industry in the future.
2、 Main purpose
This product can be widely made into normal temperature drying, low-temperature drying, low-temperature drying, amino resin modified baking paint.
It can also be used for coating modification of decorative panels, surface coating and protection of metal and non-metallic objects.

4、Packaging and transportation:
1. Domestic sales: directly loaded and transported by oil tanker; Or use 200L plastic drums or iron drums, each containing 180kg, and transport by truck. It shall be transported as non-toxic and non dangerous goods.
2. Export: Packed in a 20FT container in a free liquid package and transported by sea. The net weight of each container is 20 tons. Transport as non-toxic and non dangerous goods
